Kenny Bader – Professional Oboist in Charleston, SC

Kenny Bader is a dynamic and expressive oboist based in Charleston, SC, bringing a distinctive voice to concert stages across the country. Since 2024, he has served as Second Oboe and English Horn with the Charleston Symphony, where he contributes warmth and versatility to the woodwind section.

His past appointments include Principal Oboe of the York Symphony (2023–24) and Second Oboe/Utility English Horn with the Bozeman Symphony (2022–23). Kenny is also an in-demand freelancer, having performed with major ensembles including the North Carolina Symphony, Charlotte Symphony, Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia, and more.
